Met Jos, Rabecca, Rachelle and Julia for speed session down the canyon.  So glad I made the drive. I would not have pushed nearly as hard by myself.  Felt really relaxed and Rachelle helped Julia and I really push the last mile.  It's super fun to run hard.

3x2 mile repeats w/ 1 mile recovery. 2 mile wu, one up hill, one down.  CD

Started from home and went around the city.  My legs were feeling the run from yesterday. Still loved being out.

Got out on the trails for the first time this year. Thought I'd try a new route but didn't really know where I was going so I ended up doing a lot of turning around and kinda went all over. Got some pretty good climbs in. 2038 elev gain.  I kept rolling my left ankle so I took it super slow but it was fun.

I knew I'd be tired for this so I was dreading big time. Got up early to get it done though and just tried to hang on. I wasn't expecting much from the last 2 miles but did better than I though I could.

The plan: 10 miles w/ the last 2 fast.

Legs definitely tired. Went from home and got on some of the SLC half course to back home.
