I can't decide what sport I want to be good at so I do them all sorta good.
1 hour 45 minutes of amazingly relaxing yoga.
First treadmill run in ages. Longest run ever.
easy spin
1 mile warm up on the treadmill, 20 min tempo on the bike, 35 min total. Cut the workout short to go snowboarding.
easy run.
Feeling tired so I cut out the bike and did strength and a swim.
Through in some hills. Another slow but good run.
