I knew I'd be tired for this so I was dreading big time. Got up early to get it done though and just tried to hang on. I wasn't expecting much from the last 2 miles but did better than I though I could.
The plan: 10 miles w/ the last 2 fast.
Legs definitely tired. Went from home and got on some of the SLC half course to back home.
fast miles: 7:35, 7:29(watch went screwy, but saw the split before)
