Started up emigration for 3x1 mile repeats w/ 2 min jog. Felt good for the first attempt of this for the year. 1 mile warm up, 6:58, 6:57, 7:01, cool down
from home to the HS and back. 8's with a uphill 9:45 then 7:53, 7:12, 7:32, 7:53, 8:12 on the way back. felt good. one reason to not run on the sidewalk- almost tripping on cracks on screaming downhill. would have been disaterous.
