I can't decide what sport I want to be good at so I do them all sorta good.

53 min 6 x 800 @ 7:08 pace. I've been letting myself quit halfway through this workout the last couple weeks so I slowed it down a bit and made myself finish. It was good for me mentally.
35 min easy swim
50 min trainer ride. easy spin
70 min w/ an FTP test. 206 FTP and got some numbers to help me get a better idea of what my training zones are.
50 min swim w/ speed ladder and tt of 325 yds @ 5:11.
65 min easy run
