Woke up to get a track workout before school got in session. Heard the wind, looked out the window and said nuh uh, then went back to bed... TM 6x400 @ between 6:30-6:40 pace, 2x200 @ 6:20 pace. I think. Can't remember now for sure. Did the good old ab ripper x routine. Saw how much stronger I really am than I used to be. Feels good!
