| Starting my 30 day challenge today. Ran 4.5, did fit test, and finished with a mile. My run felt pretty good. I think it served as a decongestant. I should have done only a mile warm up, fit test and then finished my miles because I was really tired during the test. Morning spin class. Another sweat fest. Lot of hills! Heard about the Bod Pod down at BYU on facebook. Made me curious about my fat % so scheduled an appt to go get it done. Body fat- 15.9% Weight- 100.784 Resting Metabolic Rate, kcal/day- 1022 Makes me wonder what I was last fall after training all summer.

| PM spin class. Did a hiit workout before. It was a lot of weighted squats and lunges so I was thinking I would be dead during spin. Pleasantly surprised to have quite a bit of energy.
