TM, slowed way down, legs kinda tired from last night. 10 min avg pace.

I woke up at 5:30 and couldn't go back to sleep(I think I was nervous for my intro video I had to do today), this never happens. Got on the interweb for awhile and looked outside and saw the snow a'fallen :(  Headed to the gym and wrote my script in my head while I ran, it made the time go by pretty fast :)

We'll see about that.. if I get into SG I'll go for a Boston time.

My video-ing went good. I decided to have team spirit at work and be a video spokesperson so I had to do an intro video that peeps can look at. Telepromter reading is the best!
