Went to the park and was planning on doing laps w/ 3x8:00, 2x7:30, 1x7:15 mile repeats.  Bathrooms were closed so decided to run towards the running store so I could use theirs. 1 mile warm up, 7:53, 7:29, 7:34, half mile rest, 7:41, half mile rest, 7:29, cool down.  Didn't stick to the plan and I couldn't hold the 2nd effort.  Might have helped to rest a mile between that effort.  Oh well, it was all flat and felt good to get some faster miles in.  Forgot all about the bathroom I was running toward.

Great job on the run, me and Mac just used the good old Spanish fork bushes. It was better than the Provo apartments I had to use on Saturday :-0

Ha! I kept seeing people who looked homeless walking out of yards so I suspect there was some of that going on around me. I didn't want to use the hood as my restroom cuz I was a little scared to stop running.

One of the things I love about trail running: The world is your potty. I think it is time for all of the parks and trailheads to start unlocking these bathrooms.

The "crappy" thing was there was a port a potty but it had a pad lock on, I have never seen that before. I guess they get tired of the bums and runner using there potty.

Totally laughing about forgetting about the bathroom. I've done that so many times!

Great workout! You are 110% in shape for that BQ this year.

@Jos Super weird.

@Scott It is a perk for sure. I keep telling myself I'm gonna get up on the trails. I don't have any excuses now with the warm weather.

@Rachelle Thank you. I'm trying to be as confident as you. Forgetfulness must come with sketchy neighborhood running and running super fast(the super fast part is referring to you) :0)
