up and down emigration then the down to east high and around the neighborhood and back to the zoo.  not happy with it. the end.  Should have pushed harder on the down at least. I doubt I'll ever run all the way up this canyon again, but here are the splits just in case I want to refer to it:

7 miles up canyon @ 9:40-10:38
