TM at home. 1 mile warm up,7x800 @ 7:24 pace w/ 400 rests, 1 mile cool down. Felt decent.  The last one was harder but doable. Breaking it up into 800's makes the time go by so much faster :0)

Maybe my problem with the TM is I go to slow. :) I just can't seem to make myself run fast on it. How's your challenge going?

I think the problem is the treadmill itself. Sooo boring :0)

My challenge is going pretty good. Getting the workouts in. Still trying to get my diet back to where it needs to be. Sugar cravings aren't letting up easily. Did you get to do your challenge yet?

Way to go, that's how I get through treadmill miles. Other wise it is so boring and before you know it your getting faster and faster.

Thanks, dude. I hope so. I still have the voice in my head saying how nice it is to just cruise. Much nicer see faster results from putting in the work though!

I agree about the treadmill. :)

I haven't started my challenge yet, but I really need to. The trail is in great shape right now so I really don't have any excuses either. :)

An excuse just came up. Lots of snow.
