I guess my legs didn't appreciate what I did to them yesterday. They feel like I ran a race that I wasn't ready for... the kind of sore where you walk down stairs a little funky. I didn't even do a whole lot, kinda a pansy I feel. I did some yoga to try to loosen up a little and called it good.

Ran to the gym and saw Heather walking on the outside track. Chatted with her for a 1/2 mile then lifted upper and ran home. The hill on the way there wore me out but going down on the way back was super duper.

My lungs aren't used to waking up so early so it was a different experience, and by different I mean harder. It was either that or the amount of m&m's I've eaten in the past couple days. That's my theory.

Went to the gym and some girl I barely know totally followed me around the whole time. I was a little embarrassed for her but I let her do it anyways. Started on the treadmill and about died so I moved to the elliptical. Jos tried the same treadmill and had the same problem. We saw then that it was stuck at an incline so I didn't feel like as big of a woos
