| I guess my legs didn't appreciate what I did to them yesterday. They feel like I ran a race that I wasn't ready for... the kind of sore where you walk down stairs a little funky. I didn't even do a whole lot, kinda a pansy I feel. I did some yoga to try to loosen up a little and called it good. | Add Comment |

| Ran to the gym and saw Heather walking on the outside track. Chatted with her for a 1/2 mile then lifted upper and ran home. The hill on the way there wore me out but going down on the way back was super duper. | Add Comment |

| My lungs aren't used to waking up so early so it was a different experience, and by different I mean harder. It was either that or the amount of m&m's I've eaten in the past couple days. That's my theory.

| Went to the gym and some girl I barely know totally followed me around the whole time. I was a little embarrassed for her but I let her do it anyways. Started on the treadmill and about died so I moved to the elliptical. Jos tried the same treadmill and had the same problem.
