| 54:00 AP 9:00 Gym again. Took it easy today. Followed it with bodyrock. I'm starting to wonder if I'm one of those weird people at the gym. I'm sure my interval workouts look somewhat strange to people who see me doing them. If I am, I don't suppose I care much :0)

| Millcreek. 1:10:50 up. Got about a half mile and realized I didn't have my gloves. Wasn't going to worry about it but got about another quarter mile and could tell my hands would freeze without them. So glad I got them. Stayed nice and toasty with my cold weather clothes. | 23:34 3.14 AP 7:31 splits 7:29, 7:32, 7:33, :58 Course was a bit long. The course was right on last year and they moved the finish back a little this year. Not sure why they did that. Would have been a PR if the finish was in the same spot as last year. Oh well. It starts off with a little hill then it's mostly flat with a few gradual ups and downs. Felt pretty good. Thought the whole time I should be running faster to make it more uncomfortable but I was having too much fun feeling good. It was a fun morning with my mom and Jos. Went to josse's after and bodyrocked it with her and mom. Got a good sweat on.

| Emigration 35:01 All set to smash my last time(35:03) but the legs died the last 2 miles. Just couldn't get them to turn the peddles any faster. Can't complain though. It's November and I'm riding in 60+ degree weather. Couldn't be more happy about that.

| AP 8:52 Morning run on the trail from home. Stressed out and feeling it. Felt beat after the run but decided to get in a HIIT workout and ab bonus. Glad I did. Felt fantastic to blast it out!

| 7 miles on the treadmill. Snowing hard again. Wore wool sock and boots to the gym and forgot workout socks. Tried going sockless but it started to get uncomfortable so I put on the wool socks that went up mid calf, rolled them down to make it a crew and man were those hot! and totally made it look like I had chicken legs. Oh well, it helped me get through the last half of the run and it's not about the fashion, right? :0) | Add Comment |

| Imagined last night that I set my alarm for 4:45 to make it to spin and really thought that I did. But then I woke up at 6:45 and I really didn't. I'm pretty sure I subconsciously did it on purpose. Made it to the gym and warmed up for a few minutes, did a HIIT workout and then went in the spin room for an hour all by my lonesome. | Went to the gym and watched the second half of run away train movie. Watching a movie and covering up the numbers is a decent combination for TM running. I thought for sure I had at least 2 miles left and then the dang machine started it's auto cool down. I looked and I had gone further than I was planning so I finished off the last mile.
