Ran on the bike path starting from Will's.  Felt good to be outside instead of on the TM.  Didn't feel so hot today though :(

I was planning on running during my lunch break, but before I knew it, it was 5:30 and already getting dark.  I don't really like running from work in the first place, and I don't know the area all that well, so I decided to drive to the gym.  It was plenty warm out, but I didn't feel like running in the dark so headed in for the TM.  It was decent, can't complain.

Went in the PM on an outside track.  It was so warm and nice out that I didn't even care my legs had nothin in them.

I wasn't too excited to get on the TM today but it wasn't as horrible as I imagined it being.  I felt pleasantly refreshed.

An amazing thing happened- my abs are sore for the first time in months and I love it :)

Another TM run at a bit of a faster pace. I felt better than I have in a long long time and it was great.

Today is Friday and I honestly can't remember how or where this run took place but I know it happened.  I have Friday mush brains today.

Ran from home to the gym, 3 miles on the TM and back home again. I'm guesstimating on actual distance but it was over 4 so I'll take the extra bit.  I can feel that my legs are getting stronger.. lungs also.

woke up like noonish, called time and temp and got excited to bundle up, lazied around a bit, looked outside and got scared by the snow, went to the gym, ran 3 miles on the TM, got really bored, got off the TM, walked to the track downstairs in the dungeon, ran 2 more miles, and that was all I had, walked back upstairs, lifted upper, abs, the end.

I almost turned around after about a mile to walk home, not run.  Really wasn't feeling it.  Had super bad cramps.  Decided to walk it off and see what happened when I started up again.  It took a good 5 minutes before I could start again, but I felt decent after that.

Ran outside after work.  Went through the neighborhoods around home.  Did the Center St hill.  It was a little tough... I've kinda avoided hills lately and I can tell.  Now to get ready for New Moon :)

Took Brune to Will's up 3 and back.  My legs were dead on the way up but Brune kept me going.  The way back was tons better, picked up the pace a little.  Glad I had a partner that didn't let me stop.

YAY! I don't have to run tonight.. if I don't wanna.. which I predict I don't wanna.  I missed yesterday, I just didn't have the will.  Oh well though :)  TM this morning.  I read in a triathlete magazine and it made the time go by pretty fast.  There was a couple articles about nutrition and proper fueling.  It made me feel bad about my sugar binge last weekend.

Ran after work cuz I didn't want to run in the dark. Ran through Sandy and South Jordan.  It was really hilly and I was really tired.

Started from home and headed for the river trail. 3 out and back. nice weather, legs felt heavy but not nearly as bad as yesterday.

Bikram yoga class early this morning.  Wow! I've never done yoga like that before.  I found a new heat to chase.

I felt energized after getting back from yoga but it didn't last long once I started in on a run.  I felt tired really fast.  I don't think I'll be doing yoga BEFORE Saturday runs from now on.
