I can't decide what sport I want to be good at so I do them all sorta good.
1 mile warm up, hiit full body, 4 more miles. Went to my new gym for the first time. Not my favorite but it'll do.
Morning spin with shawn. Felt good.
1 mile warm up, new hiit workout full body. 4.5 more miles. 1 mile slower then faster, 1/2 and quarter the same way.
.5 mile, spin class, 2.5 more miles. Tried out the new gym spin class. Fun group and good class.
Slow miles to and from LP. Very slippery! The park was nice and dry with no ice so the miles around the park were much more enjoyable.
