I can't decide what sport I want to be good at so I do them all sorta good.
Tried out a new hiit workout. It was pretty intense.
6 easy on the treadmill followed by workout #6 for the daily rounds. Kicked my butt!
Evening spin
Morning TM in Orem. This gym is not fair. 2 miles easy, 5x800 w/400 jogs, cool down
Morning spin at the new gym. The instructor was fab. Had just enough time before class to get a hiit session in. Quick couple miles after spin. Fantastic.
Didn't turn out to be the run I planned but it'll do. 1.5 mile tempo in the middle.
