| went a little faster today. Lifted lower. I kept getting light headed though. I don't know if it was cause I ran faster but that's not usual.
I think I'm going to try to workout in the morning(key word try). There's way too many people at night right now at the gym. That means I need to go to bed before 1am

I decided to brave the elements and venture outside today. I was super tired to start. About half way I was running easier but then I got a side ache :( It wasn't the best run but I'll take it over the TM. Abs
