Started from Gold's on 8th E and went down on carterville, down around Will's and back. If not for all the shade it would have been pretty darn tough. Not as tough as last weeks attempts :)
Started from Geneva on the river trail w/ friend. It was nice out and the trail seemed extra green and pretty(maybe cuz of all the branches strewn about from the wind storm). um... I was tired as usual
Went out after work while I watched the hot pink sun disappear, it was super sweet. I could actually breath normally so I'm happy with it. I think I'll try an every other day thing for awhile
