Woke up in beautiful St George.  The weather was perfect and went out for 3 w/ Josse.  Easy for her, regular for me.

By the end of the weekend I was ready to train for a marathon.  I knew that would happen.

Brrrrr.. It's cold outside. Went out after work on the trail.  As usual, heart was racing and legs a burnin at a  slow pace.  It's frustrating but I'll get past it :)

TM, slowed down and felt fine.  I kept waiting for my breathing to start going erratic and my legs and shoulders to feel beyond fatigue, but it never happened?!  I guess I'll just concentrate on being consistant and try not to get discouraged by my slow speed for the time being.

Drove to the gym thinking I would do another TM workout, but it was so gorgeous out I decided to do a loop outside.  Perfect temp! and felt decent at the same time.

2 TM, 1 track.  Legs felt pretty good but shoulders/upper back were way tired making it kinda tough.. I guess yoga got to me over night

gaaaauge is  writing onnnn the compooter... 4 miles on the bike path.  I felt oddly energized.  I've gotten so used to feeling tired on all my runs that when I don't I feel like something's wrong.  I couldn't help but think that fatigue would soon set in, but  it didn't :)  I probably could have gone further but decided to head to the gym and do a couple miles on the elliptical.

Did my Will's loop on the reverse.  I wanted to get the hill over with right up front, but I was tired for 2 miles, rested for a minute then had 2 miles a little better.  I had 1 good mile in the middle and the last one was a bit tough.

I'm starting to feel my shins a little.  I think after more than a year, it may be time to get some new shoes.

Learned today that I didn't hate a "real" 25 meter pool.  Went w/ a friend to 24 Hour on a guest pass. In the past, when I swam short lanes it was never quite 25 meters and it felt like I was at the end of the lane in a couple strokes.  Maybe I'll get a pass to a "real" gym next time around.

Kinda mostly tired.  Woke up late so I just went from home, eastbound.  It's a slight uphill until Palisade so I was counting on the way back to be a bit easier.  It wasn't really, but I survived.

Went to get a Sundance pass today, let us get excited for the snow!

AM  TM- first morning workout for awhile.  I could feel my run from last night, legs were a bit tired but not bad.  It's kinda incouraging to have 3 days in a row of semi decency.

Met with mom for an early morning run.  We started at the finish of the Provo Halloween Half so we could be cheer leaders at the end of the race.  Felt tired at the beginning but then felt really good the rest of the time.  The race started late so I ended up sitting in my car with the heater on for like an hour.  Turns out it was pretty nice outside and didn't really need the heater.
