| <3 Wow! no motivation this week. Josse called me to see if I wanted to go w/ her to map out a training run course. The plan was to run with her but when we were ready to start I knew I would feel not so hot, so I just went 2 then rode w/ her. Josse always makes things eventful and didn't let down today. fell off bike, spray painted herself and managed to create a scene with bike issues further down the trail... Lots of cool(visually and temp) cloud cover, purple and green fields with a mountain back drop... what else could you ask for. | Who'd a thunk early to bed would produce early to rise. Trying to revamp my sleep schedule and it's proving to be harder than I thought it would be. Did get to sleep by about 1 and woke up early enough to get some 60 degree weather. Sooo much nicer in the morning, but I still have a hard time making it through.
