TM in the evening.  I was reading articles so the time went by pretty fast and felt pretty good.  I wish it was easier to read while running, I'd do it more often.

No work today so I was going to wake up and do a morning run and have a super productive day.  Guess what.. the snooze button happened, over and over. Went to lunch with a friend, hung out, and eventually made it to the gym(It was way to freezing to go outside). Bumped up the speed a couple notches, felt decent.

Early morning yoga.  There's just something about watching the sky lighten up that makes me happy and ready for the day.  I think today will be more productive. :)

Started at the mouth of the canyon. Ran, or rather trotted, up 3.5.  My legs were burnin the whole way up.  Just took it slow so I could keep going without walking. Turned around and my legs felt better instantly but then the head wind started. It was cold but the trade with my legs feeling better was worth it. Kinda got blurry vision on the way back, it reminded me of Josse which helped me keep going :) I need to go get some decent gloves, my fingers were frozen by the end.

25 miles this week :D!

TM in the evening. I forgot my tunes so I tried reading. Read part of an article about Zola the South African prodigy. I'll have to finish it when I'm sitting still, it was pretty interesting.

AM yoga class.. WoW again! I'm not gonna lie, I struggled today.  I felt really fatigued and got light headed after almost every pose.  It wasn't very fun and I wanted to leave but I stuck it out.  We'll see how running goes tonight...

Half and Half, TM/Track.  I'm convinced that my mom's treadmill is lying to me. I think it goes faster than it says.  Today I felt like I was going slower and apparently I was going faster than yesterday.. I'm gonna go drink some milk now.

Mid day run from work.  Cold, but no wind so not too bad. Headed North into Midvale.  Pretty flat, some little hills.  I was running on compacted, lumpy snow alot of the time so I had to concentrate on not falling over and rolling my ankles, but it was a welcomed change from the TM.

Well, today is Monday and my calves are still sore, which is a good thing.  I'd be a little upset if I didn't feel anything from this run.  I'm so not used to trails and it was tough to say the least.  We started from the shooting range and made our way up to the "rock pile", not quite what I expected but it was indeed a rock pile... Good times :)

TM before work.  She didn't know it but I was racing the girl next to me which kept me going until she left and I had one mile left and I started to feel it run on run on.

Met mom and Tom at the lake and went up the river trail 5 and back.  I made it okay but the last 2 miles were hard.  I played the one foot in front of the other game the last mile.

AM- Snowboarding at Sundance and it was some rockage. We went up early and it was way worth it cause there wasn't alot of people for the 1st hour.  It was snowing the whole time which made for fresh powder.  It took a minute to get used to, but once we got it, we weren't carving down the mountain, we were floating.  Good times

PM- 6 miles on the TM.  Felt pretty good.  Turned on the Grey's Anatomy and read the captions for an hour.  More good times.

Went up in the hills again.  Ran on the grizzly road up, down and around.  Parts were pretty tough and parts were pretty fun.

Shoot dang heavens to betsy almighty.. this was hard. I was going to go for a leasurely TM run, but I got talked into going outside.  We started at the mouth of the canyon and headed up.  The snow was fallin and, as I looked at the inches blanketing the trail, I was a little leery. But I started up the trail.  The first mile was ok, it was slow, but it was kinda fun running through the fresh powder.  By mile 3 I was tired physically, my lips were fozen and the thick snow was annoying.  I really didn't want to go another 3 but I had no choice.  The way back was easier but my hair was a frozen ball of mess by the end.  I'm glad I went :)
