| 3 miles on the TM, felt tired. Lifted lower/abs. Walked outside afterward and felt silly for going inside. It felt sooo warm! And I got to see the inmates cleaning up the grounds. Kinda interesting.

I decided to go on the trails up Provo Canyon with my step dad, and SHOOT, that thing kicked my butt!! It was slushy and muddy, and I was a little too concerned about keeping my shoes clean. It was a lot of fun though, and I managed to keep my shoes clean.
I spent more time trying not to fall over than actually running

Went up the canyon on the bike path. Just took it slow..a little itty bitty weiner dog w/ a napoleon complex thought it could take me on and I accidently kicked it, it was kinda sad.

I'm not gonna lie, that was a little tough. My shoulders were really tired for some reason which always makes it hard for me, but I handled it and made it 5 miles. Bring it? It's already been brough-ed!
