3 miles on the TM, felt tired.

 Lifted lower/abs.

Walked outside afterward and felt silly for going inside. It felt sooo warm! And I got to see the inmates cleaning up the grounds. Kinda interesting.

Kinda... I'm planning on doing a couple 5k's with my roommates(just for fun). But yeah, I'd like to do a spring race to kinda see where I'm at. Hopefully get some PR times come summer.
